At CCC Altar of Life, our ministries are the heartbeat of the parish — each one designed to meet people exactly where they are, and walk alongside them toward spiritual growth and meaningful community.
Ages 13 – 35
Youth Ministry (CCCY)
Our youth arm — the Celestial Church of Christ Youth (CCCY) — is a vibrant, Spirit-filled community dedicated to empowering the next generation. Through weekly meetings, leadership workshops, spiritual mentorship, and exciting retreats, we help young people discover their identity in Christ and their purpose in the world.
Mothers' Union
Women's Fellowship (Mothers' Union)
A safe and nurturing space for the women of our parish to grow together in faith, love, and wisdom. We meet regularly for deep Bible study, fervent prayer, and mutual encouragement. The Mothers' Union also spearheads essential community care initiatives — visiting the sick, supporting new mothers, and strengthening family bonds throughout the congregation.
Men's Fellowship
Men's Fellowship
A brotherhood built on accountability, faith, and action. Our men's fellowship gathers to study God's Word, pray together, and take active roles in both the church and Scarborough community. From service projects to leadership initiatives, we are committed to raising up godly men who lead with integrity and compassion.
More Ways to Engage
Children's Church
A dedicated Sunday school for children ages 3–12. Interactive Bible stories, crafts, and foundational spiritual teaching in a safe, nurturing environment — running simultaneously with the main worship service.
Music & Praise Team
Celebrating God through the power of music. Our choir and praise team lead the congregation in traditional CCC hymns and contemporary worship in both English and Yoruba, bringing the Spirit to life in every service.
Prayer & Intercession Group
Dedicated intercessors meeting every Friday night at 7:30 PM. We engage in fervent prayer and fasting for our church family, the Scarborough community, and the world — believing God answers prayer.
